The face of Attune Mental Health
Hello, I'm Kristina. My passion for becoming a therapist began over a decade ago when I met my husband and witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by service members and their families. This experience inspired me to dedicate my career to helping individuals and couples navigate life's difficulties.
As a therapist, I focus on guiding my clients toward healing- both within themselves and in their relationships. My goal is to help them cultivate inner peace and strengthen their connections with others, fostering greater attunement and emotional well-being in their lives.
I am a trauma- informed therapist specializing in an attachment based approach through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Additionally, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to help clients learn to regulate their emotions and gain new perspective on their experiences and environment.
